We started this company after years on the floors of corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, and nonprofit galas — and a lot of conversations that started with "the AV company didn't show up on time" or "we didn't know that line item was extra." We invest in modern, well-maintained inventory — line array speakers, HD projection and LED walls, intelligent lighting, modular staging, and a deep bench of pipe and drape — and we back it with a crew that has actually programmed cues, run wireless coordination, and patched a stage.

    We deliver, set up, and run the gear

    Our crew arrives early, builds the rig, runs sound checks and cue programming, and operates the gear through your event.

  4. Step 04

    We strike and clean up

    We break down everything we brought, leave the room the way we found it, and follow up with a final invoice that matches the quote.
